La Salle graduates are in demand because we are being molded wholly.. The need to develop greater competence and to take new initiatives is pressing. Evaluation will need to consider not only process and product, but also design elements, choice of artifacts, and critical connections and meaning-making. There are multiple challenges in evolving from our traditional way of delivering education to a personalized system. In addition, some of the data gathered about teachers’ thinking and observed practice were analysed in relation to the relative performance data on pupils’ attainment, as well as the overall findings from the development work in order to identify any links between teachers’ thinking, behaviour and pupils’ attainment.
